Our Story
We created this website with the support of Erasmus+ to address the growing mental health challenges faced by young people in Europe. Issues like the pandemic, climate change, and high living costs have led to increased depression and anxiety. Sprouting from two successful training courses funded by the European Union, our project provides youth workers with essential tools and training to support young people and prevent serious mental health issues. Integrating holistic practices, our resources combine mental health first aid with yoga and meditation to promote overall well-being. This initiative aims to empower youth workers and enhance mental health services across Europe.
